Submission Process & Dates
- DEADLINE – Call for speakers OPENS 1st February 2024 & CLOSES 30th September 2024
- We normally receive in excess of 200+ submissions per year so get yours in EARLY!
- DO NOT make your presentation overtly “sales” orientated
- THIS IS AN IN-PERSON ONLY EVENT !!
- Ensure you can commit & travel to the event
- We DO NOT PAY speakers AND DO NOT cover travel, accommodation or Visa costs
- Foreign delegates must have a valid visa prior to submission (no exceptions)
- The initial list of speakers will be notified in September 2024
- The final speaker list will be issued October 2024
- Once your speaking slot is confirmed you will be notified of the talk slot / date & time
- There is a reserve list as we do get cancellations
- Submissions that are none compliant will be rejected
Format & Delivery
- The default presentation format is MS Powerpoint
- You are required to bring your talk to the show on a USB stick or laptop
- You are welcome to switch to other platforms / media during your talk as needed
- All talks are delivered at the venue (Level 2 - Sandton Convention Centre, JHB, SA)
- You must arrive at your room 15 minutes prior to speaking for AV / mic set up
- ALL sessions start and end on time (no exceptions) so please be punctual
- Your LinkedIn profile picture will be used for the programme bio pic
- Submissions that are none compliant will be rejected
GDPR POPIA DATA USAGE & PRIVACY STATEMENT - Information you supply to us will only be used to communicate with you about your submission, issue your VIP ticket, all relevant show information, add you to a private WhatsApp group & issue programme timings.
