Freedom Farmers' Market Vendor Application
FARMS TO GROW, INC.
The FREEDOM FARMERS MARKET will open for the 13th SEASON on July 11th, 2026.

The market will operate on 2nd & 4th Saturdays July 11th - November 8th, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm, 4521 Telegraph Ave, Oakland, CA in collaboration with the Temescal Business District. We are in a visible location in a wonderful high traffic community.  As usual we will open with a Watermelon Eating Contest and the Market Opening will take place in conjunction with the Temescal Street Fair, great day for vendors.

POLICY & FEE DETAILS  (no returns on application fee, no returns on stall fee due to rain or no show).
1. First time vendors the application fee $25 + Weekly Stall Fee: $35 + $2 County tax fee = $62.00.
2. Returning stall fee: $35 + $2 = $37.00.
3. Yes, you can pay for upcoming dates in advance. (all spaces are 10x10).
4. Early breakdown fee is $20, however we prefer vendor to stay the entire day.

 SETUP/ BREAKDOWN
Producers/Vendors may unload between 7:00 am - 8:45 a.m.  (park after unloading)  
Producers/Vendors will not be allowed to drive into the market after 8:45 am (walk in with your product)
Producers/Vendors will not be allowed to set up in the market after 9:15 am.
All Producers/Vendors should be ready to start selling when the market opens at 9:00 a.m.
You are responsible for bringing your own tents, tables, tablecloths, chairs, certified scales, signage, price lists, marketing materials, food sampling supplies, and change.

Policy
We prefer every vendor to stay setup during the entire market day. There is a fee for early breakdown of $30. 

By submitting the vender application you agree Farms to Grow, Inc is not responsible for injuries or theft that may occur by lifting, standing, carrying or anything during market operation, setup or break down.  

Note: We will send you a vendor fee request invoice after we receive your application.
