It is our desire that no pastor in Converge MidAmerica | Southeast | Caribbean ever leads alone. One of the significant ways we lead together is through coaching. We seek to encourage every pastor to be in the coaching “game.” That means we are learning, growing and being sharpened together. Simply, we want every pastor to be coaching another pastor who may be a step or two behind them in development, and we want every pastor to be coached by someone who may be a step or two ahead of them in development.
