Dear Parents,

Please complete the form below to request support for your child for a gift through our BP Christmas Angels Scheme this year!

The form will only take a minute to complete and this will secure your child a free, new Christmas gift provided by our community. Based on last year, we would also hope to make further contributions towards Christmas shopping and expenses.

Please rest assured that any requests for support we receive will be anonymous and no other families, children, staff or others will be made aware that you have asked for this support. Gifts will be provided anonymously to the school.

We encourage any families who might find Christmas financially challenging to access this support, and this as always is additionally open to the families of children registered as Young Carers at the school.

This form needs to be completed by Friday 14th November in order to receive support.

Please note - if you have more than one child attending the school in need, please complete a separate copy of this form for each child.
