MWRCD Mentee Application
The CI-mentorship program is designed to pair mentees with mentors in a year-long arrangement that benefits both mentor and mentee. The program matches mentees with mentors based on a set of areas of interest/expertise. The mentor/mentee pair will attend a 1-hr workshop at the beginning of the program and subsequently meet 1x a month for one hour for a total of nine months.  Mentors and mentees are publicly acknowledged at the Network Retreat at the end of their term and may be asked to submit a summary of experience, reflections on growth, etc.) in the form of a report or blog post. Mentors and mentees will receive a $250 stipend for their participation.
