WSDB Church - Auxiliary Org Application
This form should be used by any group that wants to become an auxiliary organization of the church.  Under our bylaws, an auxiliary organization is "any organized group or entity within the church that is not a board or committee expressly listed within these Bylaws, or a task force formed pursuant to Article XII, shall be considered an auxiliary organization for purposes of these Bylaws. An auxiliary organization shall include those programs or activities that the church considers a 'church ministry.'"
