2017 GMS Video Game Nomination Submission Form

Please fill out this questionnaire to accompany each nomination submission for the 8th Annual GMS Awards. This is for Video Games released during 2017 and for which you received a Music Supervisor credit. Each Music Supervisor can submit up to 2 projects for the year for nomination.

The questionnaire will be used to assist the nomination committee in evaluating submissions for the final nominations. It is vital that we receive a secure streaming link of your work to assure that all submissions are considered thoroughly and to help the committee understand the scope of your hard work.

Your careful submission helps support the integrity of the Guild and reinforces that this process is about the quality and achievement among us. Thank you for your participation. We look forward to receiving your submissions no later than December 1, 2017.
