are meant to build confidence and develop your individual skills each
session.
For more advanced players, CORE Hoops trainers will help you develop
position-specific skills, motor function skills, multitasking, and reaction
time. Each session is tailored to your skill level, position and individual needs.
SMALL
GROUP TRAINING
Don't get left behind
the competition. Grab a few of your friends and sign up for a small group
training that will focus specifically on what you all need to get better.
