BIFS - Global Relay For Life
Global Relay For Life is a chance for communities to recognise and celebrate those who have overcome cancer or are undergoing treatment, as well as the people who care for them. Global Relay for Life also provides an opportunity to celebrate the memory of loved ones lost to cancer. Global Relay for Life is a fun and moving overnight experience that raises funds for the fight against Cancer.
The event will occur on Friday 8 June, 9.00am and conclude at 9.00am Saturday morning, 9 June. It will take place on the school Soccer Pitch. During the day on the 8 June, students from across the school will be involved in the event - coming out in their classes to walk laps in support of the cause. Once the school day concludes, the Teams will take over for the remainder of the 24 hours. The key rule is that there must be at least one representative of their team moving around the track at all stages of the event - including at 3.00am in the morning! Please have a look at this link to help you develop a deeper understanding of the cause:

At BIFS we are hosting the first Global Relay for Life in South Korea and only the second International School in the world to do so. We hope you enjoy the experience and continue to support this superb cause.
