ArtsNYS Fall Convening Financial Assistance Application

There is a waitlist for scholarships at this time. You may submit an application and if anyone declines their scholarship on October 6 you may be considered.

We’re thrilled to announce that Empire State Development is providing funds to support scholarships and travel stipends for statewide participation in the Empire Arts Summit on October 14-16, 2025 in Schenectady. Due to limited funding and high demand. Funding is currently capped at $200/per person but can cover travel and hotel expenses, helping to remove financial barriers and encourage broader participation from across New York State.

Scholarship notification will be no later than October 7.
