2026 Summer Food Service Program: Weekend Meals
Our goal is to ensure that no child goes hungry during the school break. Use this form to register your household for weekend meals. Meals will be delivered on Fridays after 12 pm. Meals are provided at no cost to children aged 18 and under. 

Starting on June 5th, with the last meals being delivered on July 24th. FCSD 38 will be closed on July 3rd, delivery will be on July 2nd. 

By completing this form, you are granting FCSD 38 permission to deliver meals to the provided address. Meals must be delivered to child's primary residence.
