We require 30 days notice to cancel your membership or rental payment & 21 days notice to make account changes to an existing policy.

Membership Cancellation and Refund Policy.

First time patrons joining The WorcShop may request a cancellation of their membership to be submitted within three business days of their join date. All membership charges will be refunded in full when requested within the specified period above. If membership is not cancelled by the specified period below, the patron will be responsible for the full amount.

A patron must cancel their membership or sublease by the end of the current month (according to their requested billing date, NOT a calendar month) in order to stop incurring charges for the following month. Once the cancellation request has been submitted, a patron's membership will continue until the end of the subsequent month.

Membership & rental charges may not be refunded or prorated for the cancellation of a membership and must be paid in full for the entire month. If not cancelled by the period specified above, the patron will be responsible for the next month's bill in full.
For example: If a cancellation is requested on September 10th, your membership will be cancelled effective October 10th or thereafter; according to your billing date. If your billing date is the 10th of each month your policy will be cancelled on Oct 10th. If, instead, your billing date is the 20th of each month a billing request received on Sept 10th would not be effective until OCTOBER 20th. You will continue to have access to The WorcShop until the end of the billing cycle and no refund for membership fees will be provided.

By submitting the cancellation form below, patrons acknowledge the forfeiture of any previously active services covered by their agreement with The WorcShop and understand that no refunds will be provided.

Cancellation requests must be submitted for each individual person of a family membership.
For example: If you have 3 persons in your family with a current membership and wish to cancel all memberships, 3 cancellation requests must be submitted; 1 for each person.

Membership cards must be returned no later than the last date of activity either via mail or deposited in the dropbox of studio #1 (located directly off of the lobby) All unreturned access cards will be subject to a $15 replacement fee, to be billed within 30 days of policy expiration.

All rented spaces must be emptied & cleaned no later than the last date of membership activity.
Spaces that are not emptied when membership expires will be subject to another monthly billing cycle at a rate of 150% of normal rental fee for 21 days of storage.
If, 21 days past membership expiration, the space is not emptied the contents of said space will be considered abandoned. All items deemed abandoned become the property of The WorcShop.
The leasing member will be billed for a cleanout fee at a rate of 30/hr + any damages.
Each milestone will to be billed promptly, not later than 30 days past it's determination.

Vehicles considered abandoned will be towed at owners expense.

These membership cancellation and refund policies are subject to change per The WorcShop Administration's' directives at any time.
