Application for Admission
These are the steps necessary for a completed application to apply for Columbus Torah Academy in grades K-12:
1. Please fill out the application completely.
2. Include application fee of $50 (non-refundable). Please make your check payable to CTA or submit request for online payment link.
3. Submit signed Release of Information form allowing CTA to contact any prior/current school.
4. Contact the Admission Office to schedule a parent interview/student visit with the appropriate
administrators.
5. Submit completed Financial Aid forms (if applicable). Contact the Business Office with questions
