Healthcare Quality Improvement Course - The Science and Art of Better Care. March 2026
Incluve Labs presents our online, interactive, live course on Healthcare Quality Improvement.

Many of us want to improve things but struggle to begin or to keep going.
Learn to translate your desire to improve care into action!

Apply improvement methods to solve - wait times, communication, medication errors, safer surgery, adherence to standards, antibiotic stewardship, infection prevention, NCDs, improve maternal and child care & more!
  • Practical - This program provides you with practical skills to design and carry out a quality improvement project. You will be introduced to a wide range of tools, ideas and global resources. This will open up new possibilities for thinking, acting and leading.
  • Creative - Improving the systems around us is not just an external, technical task - it is also connected to who we are and our lived experiences. This course incorporates reflective writing, and creative elements to enrich our understanding of ourselves in relation to the systems around us.
  • Context - Healthcare does not function in isolation. We will situate the work of improving healthcare in socio-political realities we live in and touch upon social issues which shape healthcare quality and equity.

We offer a global health perspective & provide individual guidance to improve care in your context.
