The board and staff of Directors Gathering (DG) would like to know more about who defines our membership and extended community and how we can more specifically serve them.  

We are also interested in learning more on how (DG) can further serve our members, extended community, and those we are not currently serving in more inclusive, equitable, anti-racist, safe, and transparent ways.

How would you describe (DG) in one sentence?
Do you see (DG) as an essential aspect of your theatre practice?  Why or why not?
When you attend/have attended a (DG) program or event, what types of connections do you expect/have expected to make and who do you expect/have expected to meet?
(DG) respects that the cost of investment in our membership and/or programming is just one cost amongst the many that you have in your life. What is the average amount you would be willing or able to pay for a three-hour workshop? Does your answer vary based on the instructor or other factors? If so, what are they?
If you identify as a BIPOC director, on a scale of 1-10, where 1 is not welcomed and 10 is extremely welcomed, how welcome do you feel in a (DG) space?  If you answered between 1-2, would you be comfortable sharing a time when you participated in a (DG) space and did not feel welcome and/or that your needs were not met?
