Francis Koroma is an international speaker, nonprofit founder, and youth advocate dedicated to empowering the next generation of changemakers. As a Political Science student at Columbia University, he brings an Ivy League lens to his work in global leadership, education access, and sustainable development.
He has spoken at high-level platforms including Forbes, LinkedIn, the United Nations General Assembly, the ECOSOC Youth Forum, the High-Level Political Forum, and Borough of Manhattan Community College—consistently advocating for youth participation and advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
As founder and president of the Francis Koroma Foundation, a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit, he has supported more than 2,500 young people across four continents through mentorship, academic scholarships, leadership training, and entrepreneurship opportunities. Under his guidance, the foundation has built an international network of over 300 volunteers working to uplift youth worldwide.
