I hereby undertake that if my child is given admission in your esteemed school, I will abide by all the rules and regulations of the school as a parent.
I am aware that my child’s admission will not be confirmed until I submit all the relevant documents, including Birth Certificate / Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate, Aadhar Number, Fees Undertaking, Photographs etc, pay prescribed fees and have an orientation meeting with the HM / principal.
I am fully aware that your institution is run purely on an un-aided basis and shall willingly contribute by voluntary help in kind and / or creative suggestions, if any, directly to teachers / HMs / Principal / Admin Officer / Managing Authorities, whose decisions will be acceptable to me as final.
I assure you to pay all the school fees in time without any delay. I also understand that if I fail to pay fees for two consecutive terms, my child’s admission will be automatically cancelled.
I understand that allotment of shift (morning shift / mid shift / afternoon shift) is subject to availability, and once allotted, it cannot be changed.
I am fully aware that Bus Facility is optional and cannot be availed as a matter of right. I am also aware that Bus Facility is subject to availability of vacant seats on a particular route.
I understand that I have to make a decision about availing the Bus Facility at the time of this admission only.
I assure you that if I purchase school uniform supplier, other than recommended by the school, I will make sure to buy the uniform as per school's dress code specifications.
I assure you to educate myself about the rules and regulations of the school, as mentioned in the school diary, and will abide by them, as in force from time to time.
