🚀 SEAT is a movement of students developing transferable skills and demonstrating youth visibility in policy. Advocating for a seat at the table, SEAT is normalizing the presence of students in educational policymaking – nothing about us, without us.
  • We strive for a day where students speaking at school board meetings is a norm, not an anomaly. Every news article about education or school policies should include students. Education-related legislation should involve students in the policymaking process.
SEAT is launching the second cohort of its Creator Collective to elevate student narratives and emphasize the role of creativity, storytelling, and multimedia design in social movements.

We're looking for K-12 and Higher Ed students from Texas to:
  • Create digital content for social media
  • Publish written narratives for media/press
  • Design print materials and merch for SEAT activities
  • Use a creative lens to enhance the movement
  • Bring innovative ideas to engage students
  • Grow creative talents and further engage with SEAT
