1. Students are considered enrolled when signed application is recieved with payment. Payments are non-refundable
2. Max of 12 students per class. First come first serve basis
3. Capoeira uniform is compulsory for any class and/or capoeira event. (First term students must purchase a capoeira
t-shirt)
4. All students must bring a musical instrument to class (Drum, Tambourine, Agogo bell or Berimbau (advanced) )
5. Hong Kong School of Capoeira and/or Instructors are not liable for any injury or fatal accidents that may occur
during or outside of class
6. Make-up classes will only be considered in case of bad weather condition such as typhoon or sickness with
a doctors note. Make up class must be done within the term enrolled and at HKSC discrection
7. Classes that fall on holiday schedule must be made up within the term. Students may choose any class within the
schedule
8. Student must come to the class they are enrolled in only
9. Occasional change of instructors might occur at anytime during the course
10. Students must attend the “Batizado” (Graduation Ceremony) in order to receive their first/next belt. Students that
do not attend the Batizado, for whatever reason, will not be entitled to receive their next level
11. Hong Kong School of Capoeira Ltd. holds all rights to use any photos and/or videos taken in class and/or capoeira
event for any promotional purposes
12. For all LCSD class locations, it might occur that we may have to change location due to venue unavailability
