At Access Drive Capacity Development Foundation, we are committed to bridging the digital divide by equipping underserved and minority youth in Canada and Nigeria with high-impact digital skills and diverse career opportunities.

Through our incubation programmes in Artificial Intelligence, Software Development, Cybersecurity, and essential soft skills, we use a hands-on, project-driven approach that connects learning with real-world applications. Participants are guided to discover their strengths, collaborate in teams, and transition seamlessly into internships and career pathways.

With the support of generous partners, we have already trained more than 10,000 students with the help of 50 certified trainers and volunteers across five major courses. These programmes are delivered at little to no cost, creating measurable impact that transforms lives and communities. The stories of learners such as Emmanuel, Elena, and Valerie highlight how Access Drive has opened doors to new opportunities and meaningful futures. We are operational in Canada and Nigeria.
