I hereby understand and consent to the collection, processing, use and disclosure of my personal data and photo (if any) etc (provided previously or to be provided by myself) by Fo Guang Shan and Buddha’s Light International Association and any of their affiliated organizations, Fo Guang Shan (Singapore) and Buddha’s Light Association (Singapore) and any of their affiliated organizations, for the purpose of holding donation activities, dharma assembly, courses, other relevant dharma events, notification of future events, account bookkeeping, donor declaration and such other related purposes. I further warrants that where I disclose the personal data of any other person(s), I have duly obtained the prior consent of such person(s) for the collection, use and disclosure by Fo Guang Shan and Buddha’s Light International Association and any of their affiliated organizations, Fo Guang Shan (Singapore) and Buddha’s Light Association (Singapore) and any of their affiliated organizations, of the personal data of such person for the same purposes.

新加坡佛光山、国际佛光会新加坡协会和佛光山人间佛教研究院收集，使用及/或披露您的个人资料，包含任何您可能随后提供的附加资料，作为新加坡佛光山、国际佛光会新加坡协会和佛光山人间佛教研究院于教育活动、慈善活动、法会等的宗教用途。

若经您特别容许，新加坡佛光山、国际佛光会新加坡协会和佛光山人间佛教研究院亦可鉴于以下目的用途，收集，使用及/或披露资料： (i)发送我们最新活动讯息；以及 (ii) 宣传与管理事宜。

基于上述任何目的用途或收集您个人资料时须透露任何目的用途，或相关上述目的用途的其他直接有关目的用途，您的个人资料可能会被披露给佛光山与国际佛光会的相关单位，任何及所有政府及/或半官方部门及/或机构，监管及/或法定机构，任何法庭及/或法庭人员。
