The Cohort Lead (CL) position is an advanced leadership role that supports the Emerson Fellowship by facilitating social justice-related dialogue, building community among a cohort of 8-12 Fellows, and helping to guide the direction of the Emerson program. We seek CLs who have demonstrated experience facilitating group dialogue and are dedicated to building a collaborative community with a willingness to think creatively to maintain ongoing engagement with Fellows.
