    Here is a brief list of the positions we need for the event:

    Ambassadors (Community Liasons) Serve as a buffer between businesses and the event providing direct contact to production by businesses and comunity intervention. Works with rangers in a non-confronational command structure helping to control incidents and keep the community safe and happy. Fluffers Fluffers will move around the event with two waggons providing food and breaks for hungry volunteers that need to pee. Will also feed and water artist who are stuck holding position. They do not feed the public, only people working the event. Perimeter Safety Perimeter Safety will act as a barrier between the audiance and fire art by reenforcing perimeter lines, keeping patrons away from flame effects while they are operating, and extinguishing any audiance members that catch on fire in the event of an emergency. They need to be sober, wearing at least a base layer of natural fibers, and show up for a brief training with leads on the day of the event. Barker If there's an interactivity point for the projects, it may not be obvious to the general public that they can interact with them. They'd be armed with a brief from the artists and be sober and functional for their shift. Sit through a short training before their shift with the fire leads that can happen on site. Also act as perimeter guards, be calm and non confrontational, but directive with the public. They should be dressed in warm non-synthetic layers that will keep them dry. Street Team Stands at donation stations and solicits cash and credit card donations from people entering the event. Should be dependable and dressed for the cold and rain. Will need to have and wear an item to identify them as members of our team. Will be on radio to call rangers and production if they need help.They will also act as greeters. Set Up Help artist set up art and DPW get things in place for the event. They will clean and clear streets, help placement get people to sites, and work with DPW to route resources. Tear Down/Strike Help artist tear down structures, clean and clear event site of waste, and help DPW to remove all event items from the street and move them to the truck staging lot on 980 S. Nebraska St.
