L-I-F-E - (Life Is For Enjoying) is TARACC Cancer Support Service , bringing together people from the African and Caribbean communities with lived experiences of cancer, to enjoy life to the fullest.

This Seminar being hosted by TARACC  on Thursday 14th August 2025 at 6.30pm - 8.30pm,  with Guest Speaker Errol McKellar MBE of The Errol McKellar Foundation is to share men's experiences of their journey with prostate cancer and to raise awareness.  Free entry and refreshments.

Venue:  Redbridge Sports & Leisure Centre, Norman Booth Building, 1st Floor, Viewing Area, Forest Road, Barkingside, Ilford IG6 3HD (next to Fairlop Station).  Pay for parking on arrival in reception.
