Feedback: Open Library Homepage Tutorials
We recently added a "Welcome to Open Library" onboarding section to the top of our homepage.
Introducing: the "Welcome to Open Library" section
Was this your first time visiting OpenLibrary.org?
Did you find the new onboarding section helpful for understanding what Open Library is, how it works, or what features it offers?
Were any of the cards or information confusing? Which parts were unclear?
Were you aware Open Library offers the following features? This helps us improve onboarding for other patrons!
Read-Aloud: Audio mode for Books
Reading Log: A way to track books you want to read, are currently reading, or already read
Search Inside: the ability to search for text within 3M books
Collections: Special librarian collections, like our k-12 library
Library Explorer: A way to browse Open Library which organizes shelves like a physical library building
Random Book: A button which teleports you to a random readable book
Thank you for helping us improve Open Library! Anything else you'd like us to know?
