After consideration, accepted vendors will receive a vending contract. Due to the extremely high volume of requests, we cannot accept all vendors.

Accepted vendors will be notified by email and give approximately one month to make payment. All payments must be by ACH / electronic transfer from a bank. No checks are accepted. If appropriate payment is not received by the provided date, your vendor spot opens to the next approved vendor.

Craft Vendor Price is $400 + $150 refundable deposit and includes a single, standard 110 electric plug. Additional electrical hook-ups are available for fee by request.

Approved vendors will receive a 20' wide x 10' deep vending space, 2 festival and camping passes for workers and 1 parking pass. Additional passes may be purchased

No vehicles are permitted to park inside the festival. Restocking must be done between 6am and 9am. Cars that are not out by 9am will be tagged and the $150 deposit will be forfeited.

Vendors are responsible for cleaning-up and leaving no trace behind. Clean-up must be completed by Sunday at 10am.

The $150 refundable deposit will be 100% refunded if vendors sell what is approved, remove cars by 9am each day and clean-up prior to leaving.
