HackMIT '24 Mentor and Judging Application

We are looking for mentors and judges for HackMIT 2024 from September 14-15th! You are eligible to mentor and/or judge if you're NOT a high schooler or an undergraduate student. The deadline to fill out this form is August 6th, but please note that decisions will be made on a rolling basis.

What you'll do as a mentor:

  • Guide our hackers and help them work through the problems they hope to solve throughout the event
  • Respond to hackers' help requests, ranging from industry-specific questions to helping beginners build their first web app
  • Commit to being at HackMIT for at least 3 hours
What you'll do as a judge:

  • View and select the most extraordinary projects from our HackMIT 2024 submissions
  • Commit to being at HackMIT on Sunday, September 15th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm EDT

By becoming a mentor or judge, you'll have the opportunity to see incredible projects that may go on to become the best startups in the technology world. Although we do not reimburse travel, you'll receive the full benefits of attending HackMIT, including access to workshops, tech talks, and other auxiliary events!

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at volunteer@hackmit.org or leave your questions at the end of this form.
