Thank you for your interest in Camden Comic Con 2019! The event will be held on the Rutgers-Camden campus in Camden, NJ on April 27th, 2019 from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Please read each section carefully and fill it out to the best of your ability. If there are any questions, comments, or concerns, please write them in the box at the bottom of the form and we will address them individually.

After we receive your form and if approved, you will be contacted about pricing according to the information provided.

You may be asked to send additional information for purposes of vetting and approval.

What type of table best describes you? *
Dealers are classified as reselling comics, toys, collectibles, comic products, games, etc. (Book stores also fall under this). Small press are indie publishers that are selling their own published work. Local Artist/Crafter are indie artists and crafters, who make their own work to sell. Published Artist/Writer/Illustrator/Colorist/etc. are for industry professionals that would like to exhibit their work. If you don't feel like you are represented, please use the Other section to write it in and we will contact you about it.
How many tables are you interested in? *
Tables from our vendor are 6'x30". We do not provide any table cloths, pipe and draping, or backdrops. Any table cloths must be brought by the vendor.

How many chairs will be needed in total at your table? *
We need the exact number of chairs you will need for the event. In order to keep costs down, we cannot provide more chairs than requested on this application.

Do you require electrical? *
While it is extra to have electrical run, please let us know so we can factor that into the budget, pricing, and layout. We understand the need for power now that devices like Square reader (and competitors) are becoming commonplace. If you do not specify, we cannot provide it on the day of the event. It is on a first come first serve basis. It should also be noted that electrical is only on the outer perimeter of the room and does not always provide the best spot.
