You have indicated that your child will be needing bus transportation for the 2024-2025 school year. At this time we are asking families to formally commit to the need of transportation to and from school, and fill out the required information.
Please fill out this form for EACH child requiring school transportation by Friday, August 23. If your child does NOT require school transportation at this time, you will not need to fill out this form.
Once we receive your information, you will be notified by your bus driver on the approximate time for pick-up and drop-off. Your designated bus driver will be your primary point of contact for any schedule changes you may have throughout the year.
*NOTE: Per Algoma School District Policy 8600 and 8680, students enrolled in the Algoma School District, who reside in the town of Ahnapee, Casco, Lincoln or Pierce, will receive school transportation.
New this year, the Algoma School District will be providing neighborhood hub sites throughout the city that families can sign up for. This will also include several city stops that will bring children to and from the elementary and middle/high schools.

Students who are Open Enrolled to and from another school district will not be eligible for school transportation provided by the Algoma School District (unless otherwise indicated by a student's IEP).

Children under 4 years of age are not permitted on the bus due to insurance purposes.
