https://pgsnys.online/databases-2/. Please allow up to 7 business days for requests to be fulfilled.
Up to 5 records can be requested at one time; however, we request that you fill out a separate form for each request.
We may be able to provide digital images of records which have not yet been indexed in our databases. If you can provide specific details for a Baptism, Communion, Confirmation, Marriage, or Death that was recorded in one of the parishes listed in Section 4 of this form, submit your request the same way you would if you found the record in our database. Our volunteers are unable to perform extensive research at this time, so requests that do not include specific details cannot be fulfilled. We apologize for the inconvenience.
