Would there be cooking on the facility?

Will alcohol be present at your event? If so, you must be twenty-one (21) or older to consume alcohol. NO SELLING OF ANY ALCHOL IS PERMITTED; unless you have a permit from the City of Hammond.

If there is a cancellation, NO REFUND will be given for any reason or under any circumstance including Covid-19.  If there is a cancellation, the renter may reschedule another date available within 12 months and apply all monies toward a rescheduled event. If you must CANCEL your event due to Covid-19, we ask that you do so 1 week prior to your event to receive half of the funds that were paid in. If you cancel any grounds event you will still be responsible for the cost of the renting of the Portable Potty.  (Sign below)

All deposit can be made through PayPal on our website www.taahm.org.  Click the donation tab to make payment. Please include a message that contains your name and event. Your event date is not secured with a deposit. FAILURE to acknowledge the proper event details will forfeit the deposit. There's no exception to the rules. If changes needs to be made please contact the office at one of the above phone numbers or via email.
