Background:

Over the last three years, the City of Raleigh has developed cutting-edge but broadly-supported stormwater management practices to protect and restore our streams and neighborhoods. And it’s not just Raleigh; other cities and towns across the country are seeing benefits from better stormwater management. With a number of newly-elected officials taking office in our towns, now is a perfect time to spread these ideas across Wake County’s local governments.
