Balaji Summer Youth Camp 2025 Application Form (9-17 Years Old Only)
This form is for campers who will be 9-17 years old during the camp dates (Sunday 27 July - Friday 1 August). The cost for the full camp (5 days) is £150. 

Once you have completed the form, please contact the Temple Office (0121-544-2256 - option 4) to make payment to secure your place. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first served basis, upon receipt of payment. 

The deadline for submitting this form is 11 May 2025. The deadline may be brought forward if all allocated spaces are already taken.
