All information requested below is needed to ensure your proper placement on the Face to Face Encounter. Please fill in all of the information requested on the form and choose submit. The fee for the event is $60.00 per registrant. Credit Card Payments can be made here. A processing fee is attached. Checks may be made out to SGWTE. This fee offsets some of the expenses of your Face to Face Encounter. Checks should be mailed to:

Placement will be made based on date received at the SGWTE office and availability of space. It is recommended you have a sponsor on your Encounter by someone who has completed a Walk to Emmaus, Cursillo, Chrysalis, Tres Dias, or similar encounter.

Couples applying together should fill out separate registration form however one check may be mailed.

The email confirmation from this form will include the address to mail the deposit.
