PERSONAL DATA NOTICE & CONSENT
*1. By
registering for, attending and/or participating in the event, you
consent to being photographed and/or video recorded, that the use of
your photographs and/or video recordings, voice, likeness, and image in
any broadcasts of this event and/or any form of CGC communications,
materials and/or medium. The photographs and recordings may be published
or broadcasted in CGC and affiliates’ publications and/or in publicity
materials, including CGC annual reports, websites, posters, newsletters
and/or members' communications in any form or medium. All recordings,
articles, quotes, photographs, films, audio, video and/or any
reproductions of same in any form or medium, shall remain the property
of CGC. CGC, its affiliates, employees, representatives and agents shall
be released from any and all claims, demands, costs and liability that
may arise from the use of these photographs, and/or any reproductions of
same in any form or medium, as described above, arising out of being
photographed, videotaped or filmed.
2. It is the responsibility
of event attendees and participants to expressly remove themselves from
group, posed and/or candid photographs, video captures and/or recordings
that the photographers/videographers intend to capture, if they do not
wish to have their photos/audio-visual recordings taken at the event.
