Welcome to DIY Coaching! We are excited to continue our work in the 2019-20 school year with K-12 math and science teachers in the Boston area interested in improving their instructional practice, coaching capacity, and instructional leadership. Please watch the brief video below to get a better understanding of the DIY Coaching experience.

Recording, analyzing, and sharing classroom video guided by your chosen focus

Intentional self-reflection and targeted peer-to-peer coaching to drive instructional growth

2 hour monthly meetings with your content-based cohort facilitated by a DIY 1.0 alumni

All in 5 hour per month time commitment per month

3 FREE graduate credits from Framingham State University
DIY Coaching is designed to support continuous instructional growth through the use of video. With DIY 1.0 and 2.0, you will be able to engage in two years of intentional instructional improvement.
One step at a time, though - today is all about applying to DIY 1.0.
