Earth Day Festival Volunteer Sign-up 2026
Fill out this form to sign up to volunteer at Tulane's first-ever student-led Earth Day Festival! This is our second year hosting this event and it wouldn't be possible without volunteers! Thank you for your interest!

Important Information: 
  1. There are multiple time slots for volunteering at the event, between the hours of 8AM and 4PM on April 11th, 2026.
  2. This form will close on April 3rd, 2026. Update: Closing April 6th, 2026 OR Whenever we reach capacity.  
  3. Any questions or concerns can be sent to tulaneearthday@gmail.com and CC mharrington1@tulane.edu.
  4. A recorded presentation will be sent to volunteers prior to the festival date. We ask that you watch it in its entirety---it will include pertinent information about day-of festival operations.
  5. We'll provide a volunteer room in the LBC. It will include snacks, drinks, volunteer check-in, and more.
