Pay Rate: Commensurate with experience
Overview: The Finance Support Staff member will work to complete finance-related school tasks on a schedule that reflects the work required in any given week. While some information must be collected from the School, most of the duties outlined below can be completed remotely.
Primary Job Duties:
-First point of contact for staff requests for expenditures. Report requests to the Board of Directors’ Finance Committee monthly
-Execute approved supply orders
-Review the School’s bank and financial statements monthly
-Flag low balances and recommend necessary line of credit transfers
-Review the School’s quick book financials monthly (must be familiar with/proficient in quickbooks)
-Prepare bills and school expenses for board approval and then provide those to the School’s bookkeeper for payment
-Collect and make bank deposits when needed
-Review recurring invoices
-Collect and report employee payroll and PTO
Other duties as assigned by the Director or Board of Directors.
