In accordance with the requirements for completing an Honours degree in the Department of Quantity Surveying and Construction Management, Natural and Agricultural Sciences Faculty at the University of the Free State, a research dissertation has to be completed by each student. The questionnaire was developed by Berco Venter under the supervision of Hendri Du Plessis in order to collect the necessary data as part of the requirements of the dissertation course QRPR 6808.

The survey aims to determine the factors influencing the adoption of Building Information Modelling (BIM) from a Quantity Surveying perspective.
