Policies and Procedures

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month to hold the students' session day/time.  A $25 late fee will occur on the 2nd.

Tuition Fee Includes:  Showcase(s), makeup videos/days, remote sessions, and student/coach communication through the week.

Registration/Evaluation Fee for new incoming students: 

$50.00 

Tuition:

- SPARKLE Group - Ages 4-7 - $150/month - 30 minutes

- SHINE Group - Ages 8 - 11 - $175/month - 1 hour

- GLOW Group - Ages 12-17- $175/month - 1 hour

- Individual Sessions - 12 years old to adult - $300/month - 30 minutes

- Audition/Drop In Sessions - $150/session - 1 hour

- Video Session - $100/session - 45 minutes

- Worship Mentorship - $100/session - 40 minutes

Tuition can be paid by:

- Quickbook Payments - Invoice will be emailed to you each month. Payment will be made through the invoice.

- Step Up For Students Scholarship Program

Makeup Sessions:

If we cannot find a week day to reschedule then a designated Saturday GROUP session will be made available.

Withdrawal:

If you choose to withdrawal your student before the end of our Winter/Spring Session (January 5, 2026 - May 29, 2026) we will need a 30-day withdrawal notice.  Less than 30 day notice there will be a fee of $300 for individual and $150/$175 for classes.  ( Equivalent to a month's tuition).
