All payments are to be made directly to Chelo Chelo Entertainment . A contract will be required. Entertainment/Hosting fee is to be paid as follows: A deposit is due at the time of contract signing.  The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your selected event date.  In the event of cancellation all payments made up to the time of cancellation are non-refundable.
