If you're interested in becoming a RAM in the Cooperative then we think about several key benefits, such as:
• collaborating on epics to shape and organize the Cooperative.
• getting rewards in RHOC for your efforts.
• proposing projects (with deliverables, milestones, budget)
• deciding about approval of projects and allocation of budgets
• deciding about approval of your own rewards and the rewards of your peers
• other governance items

In order to ensure that only motivated people become a RAM there is a Member Fee. It's a filter meant to discourage trolls from joining and later poisoning the Cooperative atmosphere. If you've not done so already, then go through our KYC process at https://member.rchain.coop/#/sign-up.
