Clark County Public Schools Enrollment 2019-2020
Please complete the below information to register your student(s). Once the registration is completed your student(s) will be enrolled into Infinite Campus our student information system. The school then will be notified and some one will be in touch with your regarding teacher(s) and NTI assignments.
Required Documents for Registration:
Students Birth Certificate
Up-to-date KY Immunization Certificate
Two Proofs of Residence, such as utility bill, tax bill/tax receipt, lease agreement, property deed, sale agreement.
Other Registration Documents:
Social Security Card
Proof of a preventative health care exam
Proof of an eye exam (After January 1, 2019)
Proof of a dental exam (After January 1, 2019)
Once the enrollment has been processed you will receive an email that will tell you who to send the documentation to.
