If you are here, it means you are ready to share YOUR thoughts on how WE can help make our community become united, prosperous, engaging and enlightened. This survey is completely ANONYMOUS so please be as open and transparent as possible!

We plan on using your thoughts and ideas as inspiration for future programming, and to connect you with the appropriate resources, so we can address as many gaps as possible. For the purposes of the survey, youth refers to individuals between 18 to 29 years of age.
