Join the list of persons and organisations that could have been affected by coastal sewage pollution

We are compiling a list of those affected by sewage discharges into coastal waters. These discharges are causing environmental damage, health risks, and economic losses. In the course of our investigation we have found potential elements of unlawful conduct by water companies (e.g., Thames Water, Southern Water) and regulators (e.g., Environment Agency, DEFRA, Ofwat) for alleged breaches of statutory duties under the Environment Act 1995 and Bathing Water Regulations 2013, alleged irrationality in decision-making, procedural impropriety, negligence, torts including nuisance and trespass, and Public Sector Equality Duty breaches under the Equality Act 2010.

By joining the list of affected parties you are not joining any lawsuit or becoming a member of a collective action. It is simply to help us compile a list of potential victims who wish to be kept informed of possible compensation award developments. Joining the list secures your right to a potential share of compensation because we will keep you updated on the progress of any compensation award so that you can receive your share.

If we obtain compensation you will be informed immediately to receive your share. We will contact you first to ask if you wish to "opt-out" of your share of the compensation.

If we do not obtain compensation you get nothing.

Joining the list is free and does not bind you to any obligation or cost, as this initiative is fully funded by:
