Pathfinder Tech Travel/Vacation Notification Form
**IMPORTANT COVID-19 TRAVEL POLICY**
Any student traveling to a high-risk state would need to quarantine for 14 days or have a negative test with 72 hours of returning to Mass. Please refer to https://www.mass.gov/info-details/covid-19-travel-order for the most current information.

This form will serve as a notification that travel has been scheduled. Current school policy states that a student must maintain a 90% attendance in both shop and academic classes. Therefore, a student must not exceed nine (9) absences in shop or nine (9) absences in any academic class. The parent and student are being informed that the missed days will count toward the total allowed absences for the year.

It is the student's sole responsibility to complete all missed assignments. The student must secure all assignments from his/her teachers before the scheduled day of departure. (Note: Assignments must be obtained from instructors in a manner that does not interfere with the learning environment of other students.)
