SJASL - Student Feedback Survey
Students & Parents: please complete this survey on your own or with your parent(s) or caregiver, sharing your experiences at school. This will help your school to better support your learning. Remember all feedback and personal experience is valued - there are no right or wrong answers.

This survey was designed by Occupational Therapist (OT), Tonya Kilmer. Its purpose is to ensure a tailored and effective OT presentation on:

1. October 15th to the SJA Students
2. October 21st for Parents, Caregivers and the Community

The focus of the presentation is how to best support students so that they can get the most out of their learning and become their own advocate. The title of the presentation is "Understanding your Brain and Body so that you can have Better Focus and Learning."
