Dear Parents/Carers,

On the 19th May (next Thursday) we are holding a Jubilee picnic to celebrate the Queen's 70 years of service.

The day will be non-uniform for all.

All pupils are invited to have a picnic lunch that day which will be prepared by our school kitchen. The lunch will be a cheese and tomato pizza and a choice of a ham, cheese or tuna sandwich, crisps, then finishing off with a cupcake and jelly and cream. The children will have their lunch served in a Union Jack meal box and have a fun bowler hat to wear. The dining area will be decorated with bunting and balloons, to give it that traditional street party feel.

The Jubilee has given us a lovely opportunity to have a celebration, share a moment together, and share an important moment in history.

Can all choices for this day be made on this form rather than on Lunch Shop, as we are offering slightly different options.

If you normally pay for school meals, the charge will be the normal price of £2.30 or £1.75 for nursery children and can be paid in the normal way - please complete this form for your choice of sandwich.

**Please note - All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are all entitled to Universal Free School Meal, so there will be no charge for this day. Please just complete the form.

If your child is in Nursery, Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 or Year 6 and normally brings a packed lunch, and would like the jubilee lunch the charge will be of £2.30 or £1.75 for nursery children (unless entitled to Free School Meals) which will be payable via the Lunch Shop portal.
