We require at least 3 days' notice for custom orders. There will be a $25 charge for rush or last-minute orders. Please include if you will need pick-up or delivery (there is a delivery fee). When placing an order, there will be a non-refundable deposit required (50%) or payment in full in order to secure your order and date requested. If payment is not made within 24 hours from the time your invoice is sent, your order WILL be canceled and will not be reissued. Your order is not complete until payment has been made and cleared. Once your order has been confirmed, there will be no changes. So be sure to include as much detail as possible.
**Delivery Fee includes delivery to your home, job or meet-up location (anything other than you picking up): $5 - within a 5-10 mile radius; $10-$25 - anything more than 10 miles. No deliveries or pick-ups will be made after 7 pm.

****To properly accommodate all orders appropriately, please pick up no earlier than your allotted/scheduled time. Picking up early may result in an inconvenience/rush order fee.
