EVENT & SETUP INFO - This is for Vendors that would like to only hand out candy! (no selling)

  • Set-up Time: Begins at 1:30 PM – must be complete by 3:30 PM

  • Event Hours: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Trick-or-Treat Hours: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

  • Vendors must remain open from 7:00 PM - 9:00PM (You may sit at your table and hand out promotional materials the whole event if you choose 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM)

  • Vendors are responsible for their own booth cleanup and trash removal

Tents and Halloween-themed decor are encouraged!
